Office hours for check-in (please do not arrive early-we will be cleaning rooms!):      

May 1 - Oct 31    3 pm-10 pm

Nov 1 - Apr 30    3 pm-8 pm

  1. You must have valid ID and credit card for check-in!

  2. Service Animals:  While ADA service animals are always welcome, only those animals trained to do tasks for disabled people, that they can not do for themselves, are service animals.  Emotional support dogs are not ADA certified service animals and are not allowed in our rooms.  There is a $200 charge for having undisclosed animals in your room.

  3. Check-out time is 11 am.  Guests remaining in the room past check-out time will be charged $10 for the first hour and for an additional night if you stay past noon.  

  4. We answer the phone from 9 am - 9 pm Eastern time.  Messages can be left after hours and we will call you back when the office opens the next morning.

  5. Extra people:  There is no capacity for cots or inflatable mattresses in the rooms; we can not provide them and you may NOT bring your own.  You may have 2 people per bed but no additional occupants.  We will be happy to work out an arrangement for 2 rooms if needed.  Any guest who has more occupants in a room than allowed will either be asked to pay for an upgraded room if it is available or asked to leave with no refunds.

  6. Reservation Deposit:   When a reservation is made through our website, a charge equal to the first night’s stay + taxes will be charged to your credit card.  This is non-refundable but you may reschedule if needed.

  7. Cancellations:  7 days prior to your arrival date, the remaining balance on your reservation will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.  Once this charge completes, your reservation is non-refundable.  If you can not keep your reservation, you may reschedule up to 24 hours before your original check-in time.  For example, if you are due to check-in on May 5th, you must reschedule by 3:00 pm on May 4th.  Once charged, there are no refunds issued.  Partial refunds for an early departure also can not be processed.

  8. Kayaks and bikes must be secured on your vehicle.  They can not be taken into the rooms or stored in the breezeways.

  9. We do not have a charging station for Electric Vehicles.  Anyone charging one will be assessed a $20 charge to their credit card on file to cover our costs.

  10. Towels are provided only for bathing.  If you are planning activities requiring beach towels please bring some!

  11. Our property is for paying guests only.  While it is fine for your friends or family to stop by, we can not allow more than 1 additional vehicle and all visitors must be off the property by 10 PM.
